3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error (subject to verification).
• Donations are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
• Donors will receive an 80G tax exemption certificate for eligible donations.
• We reserve the right to allocate donated funds to programs where the need is greatest.

4. Volunteer Registration

By registering as a volunteer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Adhere to the code of conduct and guidelines provided during onboarding
• Participate in assigned activities with professionalism and respect

5. Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits, duration, and renewal terms are as described on the membership page and are subject to change with prior notice.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Anand Kanan Sankalp Sewa Trust. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Event Registration

Event participation is subject to availability. Paid event fees may be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organization, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.
